Shipping & Returns


Unfortunately, NZ Post has increased its international delivery charges considerably in response to the freight difficulties caused by Covid-19.  Additionally there are increased freight charges for shipping the raw materials from South Africa. As a result, we have had no choice but to increase our own prices (which include post and packing) if we are to continue to supply our wonderful creams and supplements to our customers.


The global postal situation seems to improving a little as time goes by but, due to the lack of flights and huge backlogs of post worldwide, there are still significant delays. We are despatching your orders through NZ Post within 24 hours of receiving them but delivery times remain long and unpredictable. We appreciate your patience and thank you for your continued custom in these frustrating difficult times.

If your order is urgent you have the option of choosing DHL delivery at an extra cost. Please select the option at checkout.

Goods are despatched without payment of import duties or taxes, which may be applied on arrival at destination countries. Please note that Little Herbal Company are not responsible for any extra charges. Thanks for your understanding.

Delivery Times

When you place an order, we pack and dispatch from New Zealand on the following working day. All items are posted by NZ Post Priority Air Mail. Their target for delivery worldwide is up to 14 WORKING DAYS (from date of posting, not including Saturdays) though, at certain times of the year, it may take longer. Please allow up to 21 working days before reporting your parcel missing.

Please note that it will be the postal service in your country who will be responsible for the delivery to you. In the unlikely event of any unforeseen delay we will contact you directly and advise you.

Delivery Costs

Our prices include post and packing. However since our goods are shipped from outside the EU, in some cases there may be an import duty charge applied by the Revenue and Customs of the destination country. This is obviously beyond our control.

* European Union CUSTOMERS: Please be aware that, as of 18 Jan 2019, due to changes in EU import laws on goods entering the country, you may be charged VAT.



You may return most new, unopened items within 6 weeks of purchase for a full refund minus the shipping cost. However we will pay all shipping costs (including posting back to us) if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, you can do one of two things:

(1) simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the 'My Account' menu and click the "Return Item(s)" button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
